CARE GIVERS' SUPPORT GROUP

Looking for a break, needing some relax time?

Come to the Fort Nelson Hospice's Caregivers' Support Group.

This support group is meant for all caregivers living with or supporting an individual with any type of illness.

​

It is a safe place for adults to gather and learn tools in self-care and give support to each other.

This is a drop-in group so if you wish to visit a few minutes or stay for the whole time it's up to you.

Thursdays at - 6:30 - 8 p.m.
